Pedestrian Coffee

For the last week and a half I have brewing up this sample pack from Pedestrian Coffee located in Lake Forest, IL. While each of the 6 had very unique characteristics my two favorites were the Red Label Ethiopia and the Green Label Brazil.

The Ethiopia had fruity tea notes and was very light. The Brazil had a nice acidity to it up front and then at the end had this amazing caramel flavor.

Tim Taylor is the owner and head roaster for Pedestrian. I have known Tim for many years and he is the real deal. He is committed to getting the best out of all the coffees he roasts. He sees it as a responsibility to all the hard-working farmers who grew and processed the coffee. You’re gonna love Pedestrian!
